The role of Technical Property Manager with a focus on technical installations

As a Technical Property Manager, you will among other things work with:

• Driving/implementing maintenance projects in our properties – from hospitals to agricultural high schools
• Participating in the procurement of framework contractors
• Inspections of our properties to ensure maintenance needs and develop maintenance plans
• Cost calculations – providing price information
• Tenant adaptations
• Insurance matters – insurance claims
• Building meetings – customer meetings
• Driving construction and maintenance projects of various scopes
• Facilitate – property database, rental module, etc.

You will work in the eastern area, which includes Eksjö and surrounding areas. We are looking for someone who has the ability to understand our role as a service operation in the organization, always with the customer's best interests in focus.

Your future workplace

Regional Properties aims to meet the Region's need for suitable premises with good standards and contribute to optimal resource utilization of premises as well as conduct effective property management both in the short and long term. The region owns the majority, approximately 608,000 square meters, of the properties in which operations are conducted, but also rents external premises of about 70,000 square meters. We are responsible for cost-effective and professional ownership and construction for the region's operations. Our tenants are the county's hospitals, health centers, dental care, schools, etc. Property investments total approximately 300-500 million kronor per year. Regional Properties is ISO certified according to 14001.

Your profile

To succeed in the role of Technical Property Manager with a focus on technical installations, you need to have:

• Technical university education in technical installations in properties or equivalent knowledge that we assess as comparable, for example, knowledge in electrical systems, both high and low voltage, HVAC, medical gases.
• Experience of similar tasks
• Experience in driving/implementing renovation projects
• Good experience in working with digital systems and methods
• Knowledge of the Office package
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of contract law
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Good management of budgeted funds
• A B driver's license is a requirement

Experiences and knowledge that we see as desirable and meritorious in this role are:

• BAS-P/U
• Drawing skills in CAD
• Electrical authorization at a certain level
